Nice way to track beer favorites - as long as it’s not syncing

I’m always asking the beer drinker in the family “What did you think of this one?” when we’re out shopping. This app provides a handy way of tracking the answers. The information that comes with many of the beers in the database is interesting and appreciated. I especially like the lack of "share your ranking on Facebook" buttons.

Unfortunately this app is unresponsive to the point of being unusable while syncing is in progress. I had to disable automatic syncing and run it manually when I wasnt using the app. There are also some other issues that I’d love to see addressed, including a better indication of just what Im searching, dragging over the information box reliably scrolling it, a recognition that Ive actually paid for an upgrade, and, especially, syncing my data across multiple installations of the app.
